WHAT IS PASSION AND GROWTH?

Passion and Growth is a monthly subscription box that features items & products geared towards personal development and self-care. I have always been a fan of monthly subscription boxes and I especially love this one because it is all about women empowerment, self-care, personal development, and personal growth. Each month features a different theme. For the month of May, the theme was Relax & Unwind! I joined Passion And Growth a month ago and can’t wait to share with you all my monthly boxes! TIME TO UNBOX THE RELAX & UNWIND BOX!

1. THE 21 DAY SELF-CARE CHALLENGE

The May Box included a 12 Page PDF featuring a 21 day self-care challenge that began on May 11. Each day included one action to complete that was all about self-care. I loved having this daily challenge to look forward to throughout the month of May.

2. MILK & HONEY ROSE CLAY BATH BOMB

One of the challenges on the 21 day self-care challenge was to take a bath. I loved that this particular challenge encouraged me to use the milk & honey rose clay bath bomb by Latika Body Essentials that was included in the box. I personally am not a bath bomb user BUT the bath bomb made for a very nice gift for a friend! It smelled wonderful!

3. I AM STRONG CAPABLE & CONFIDENT MUG

You can never have enough mugs! This mug was made by Cultivate Confidence. I love this mug because it serves as a reminder each morning and seems like the perfect way to get motivated and inspired for the day ahead! I am not much of a black coffee drinker but starting the day off with this mug and my favorite relaxing tea sounds like a plan! Which leads me to the next goodie in my May 2020 Box.

4. BADASS BABE TEA

This tea made by Modest Mix complimented the Strong Capable Confident Mug perfectly! I have never seen a tea with such cute, badass packaging! If this isn’t a motivator to drink your tea then I am not sure what is!

5. JUST BREATHE ROLLER BLEND

Since receiving my May 2020 Box I have used the just breathe roller blend by Self Goddess every single day. Not going to lie, it has been a stressful time with quarantine and the virus. For me my headaches have been triggered. I hate taking headache meds so this blend of eucalyptus and peppermint was perfect for applying to my pulse points and temples! It is also infused with Rose Quartz Crystal. Right up my alley!

6. CARPE DIEM DECALS

If you know me then you know I LOVE planners, journals, and notebooks. These cute decals are perfect for accessorizing your planner or favorite journal! They apply to any smooth surface so I also thought about putting the decal on my laptop! The box came with two decals, 1 small decal that says “Hello Today” and 1 large decal that says “It’s A Brand New Day!”. I can’t wait to use these!

7. YOU ARE ENOUGH CANDLE

I was extra excited about this candle made by Rsempowerment because I haven’t been able to go pick up new candles from TJ MAXX or Marshalls during the quarantine! This candle smells amazing and creates so many relaxing vibes!

8. ACCESS TO AN EXCLUSIVE FACEBOOK GROUP FOR SUBSCRIBERS

I love that there is an exclusive Facebook Group for Passion & Growth Subscribers. I am always down to be a part of groups that are motivating and inspiring. The Facebook Group includes: book discussions, guest speakers & resources, and a community of fun, inspiring women! Can’t get enough!
