I recently had the opportunity to attend The Green Festival Expo in Los Angeles. This festival introduced me to hundreds of Green Products and Services from food to drinks to body products, clothes, and so much more. 1. LA CROIX

I used to drink Coke like crazy! I will admit it! In college it was the hangover cure. When I started weight watchers I turned to Diet Coke for it's 0 points. But NOW La Croix are my go-tos when I feel I need a carbonation fix! The Cola flavor was pretty good but my favorite is the Lemon! And....I use them to make mix drinks. Shhhhh....

2. LENNY & LARRY'S MUSCLE BROWNIE

WHOA!!!! I can have dessert and get 20 grams of protein out of it. Sorry but me personally I am sold thats all I needed to hear! And try their cookies they are AMAZEBALLS! And don't be afraid to pop these suckers in the oven for a few minutes. You won't regret it!

3. ELEMENTAL SUPERFOOD BARS

These bars are super yummy, high in protein & fiber, Gluten Free & Dairy Free and contain tons of nutrients! Also did I mention no GMO ingredients... just raw, whole ingredients. Now that is a clean bar! AND they also make a SUPERFOOD CRUMBLE that is incredible!

4. ELEMENT RICE CAKES

I LOVED these rice cakes. Not just your average tasteless rice cake!!! These are made with non-GMO rice and corn and have loads of flavor. I personally loved the Strawberry'n'Cream and the Dark Chocolate Flavor! These are gluten-free, non- GMO, free of artificial flavors, and no trans fat!

5. PUNK RAWK LABS DAIRY FREE CHEESE

Ok so REAL TALK. I have been trying to slowly steer away from dairy for awhile now but HELLO I LOVE CHEESE so it isn't easy! Lately I have been turning to store bought Dairy-Free Daiya Cheese BUT this was the first time I had stumbled upon this brand and the Nacho Nutmilk Cheese was to die for! I ended up buying some and it was gone in ummm a week... just being honest! I was a little upset it didn't melt that well for nachos BUT still I highly recommend. They had super yummy mustards too! AND they are based in Minnesota! Go Midwest!

6. HEALTH-AIDE KOMBUCHA

O MAN. If I had a dollar for every time someone asked WTF is Kombucha??? Kombucha is fermented tea containing probiotics and healthy organic acids... That is a fancy way of saying it is good for the GUT! This brand is my absolute favorite but if you don't have access to it don't worry, there are others out there! When I am starting to feel sick or under the weather the Lemon Ginger is a life-saver and on a normal day I LOVE the Pink Lady Apple flavor!

7. DAVIDS TOOTHPASTE

Alright. Ready for a crazy story... I used to use Crest Toothpaste on the REG. Then I started to wake up and the inside of my gums would peel off every single morning...Um GROSS as F! I found a thread online saying CREST Toothpaste caused this issue for thousands of people! EW EW EW. For over a year now my go-to has been TOM's Natural Toothpaste but I figured I would give this one a shot! Not the best tasting but no chemicals and all natural!!!

This protein powder is one of the cleanest powders I have had the opportunity to try. It is all plant-based, soy free, no sugar added, gluten free, non-GMO, dairy free, and vegan! I am personally a huge fan of the Aztec Chocolate flavor but I will say any friend of mine who enjoys coffee absolutely loves the Mocha flavor!
