TOP 10 MUST TRY PRODUCTS FEATURED AT THEFITEXPO LA 2018

Every year I attend TheFitExpo in Los Angeles in hopes of finding some cool new products, snag some free samples & coupons, and score insanely awesome deals and prices on brands I love and use in my health and fitness routine. I was pleasantly surprised this year at the amount of new things I discovered and learned and I am so happy to share with you my TOP 10 MUST TRY FITNESS PRODUCTS from this year's LA Expo!

1. DEFUNKIFY ACTIVE WASH DETERGENT

A laundry detergent and deodorizer specifically designed for workout apparel and sportswear. UMMMM am I the only one who has been waiting their entire life for this? I was so convinced I bought the product right on the spot before even trying! Every time I wash my workout clothes everything that is black is left behind with clumps of soap and to be completely honest I never feel like my workout clothes are 100% fresh and clean. GROSS! 2. ANGELIC BAKEHOUSE NON-GMO SPROUTED BREAD

Are you an Ezekiel or Alvarado bread buyer? I WAS but found a brand that is even better! After sampling this bread I opted for purchasing 2 loafs on the SPOT and the guy was so nice and threw in some hamburger buns for me to try! They have pizza crusts, wraps, buns, and baguettes! Right now it can be found in Sprouts AND Angelic's website! I am sure there are a million people looking to cut bread from their diet for the new year but WHY would you when this brand offers a non-GMO bread, filled with the purest ingredients out there, made from the highest quality sprouted grains, that is still flavorful and low in calories?!?! HOLY F! Okay wow where do I even begin... Well upon putting a small triangular piece of this spicy jalapeno cauliflower pizza crust in my mouth I basically asked the women if she could just give me the entire thing to go! I am QUEEN of healthy alternatives and LIVE for cauliflower pizza crusts (Trader Joes is my go-to) BUT this just blows them ALL out of the water! INCREDIBLE. MUST TRY. MUST BUY. 4. QUEST COOKIES

So to be completely honest with you I fell off the Quest Kick awhile ago BUT I figured I should stop by their booth at the expo and see if anything new was going on! Very happy I did because WOWZERS they now have a Protein Cookie! The Birthday Cake Protein Bar is new too which I have yet to try BUT I am never opposed to a sweet treat filled with protein! I also truthfully ONLY eat any of their products warmed up in the oven. Just 100% better! TRUST ME! Boxes of the bars are on Amazon! AND boxes of the cookies are on Amazon.

5. CELSIUS HEAT

I am not just bringing up this product because I am an ambassador (I stood by this product for 3 years before their program chose me!) BUT I am bringing it up because it is super tasty, their latest product, AND is considered their official pre-workout drink. I have been drinking their regular cans for years as my pre-work because for my body it is more than enough caffeine but everyone is different. May I also mention that CELSIUS is and has been the ONLY pre-workout drink I have consumed that does not make me nauseous, jittery, or make my stomach hurt! AND it keeps me going ALL DAY LONG! 6. BUFF BAKE PROTEIN PRODUCTS

I sampled the Unicorn and Birthday Cake Almond Spreads by Buff Bake at the expo and it was literally an explosion of goodness in my mouth. Now that is a visual. But seriously insanely yummy. If this is the new way to get my protein in for the day I may become an addict. The only reason I am so upset is I totally forgot to stop back at their stand and snag their incredible expo prices! BUT good news is I have an AMAZON gift card so the cart just keeps filling up! Did I mention they have peanut butters, cookies, and sandwich cookies?!?!

7. READY FIT GO MEAL PREP SERVICE

I don't typically use meal prep services because I LOVE to cook and usually I am not in love with the way those kinds of meals taste BUT I sampled this particular company at the expo and it was pretty good! If you are considering a meal prep service around Los Angeles definitely look into considering this one! These types of services are good to help you stay on track, eat the right portions, and are nice to have if you are someone who really doesn't have the time to cook or money to constantly order Postmates!

8. SPRY GUM

Not going to lie grabbed a couple of these at expo! This particular gum is sweetened with xylitol to hydrate dry tissues, made with natural ingredients, avoids chemicals, and is recommended by dentists due to its ability to clean teeth! Hey I am all about the cleaner products in life and natural ingredients. Also an easy buy on Amazon!

9. BOLERO ADVANCED HYDRATION

I stopped by this stand not really knowing what I was even sampling and was pleasantly surprised. These packets consist of a powdered drink product that is great for anyone who maintains an active and healthy lifestyle. The drinks are free from GMO's, sugar, and gluten. These are great for restoring electrolytes and staying hydrated! AND they taste good and simply require being mixed with water. Each packet has enough mix for almost half a gallon of a refreshing drink. I joked saying these would be great as mixers for a night out.. but restores electrolytes? I don't think I am joking anymore!

10. RX KIDS

I am sure many of you have heard of RX BARS. This was actually my first time ever seeing the mini kids bars! I am excited to try the Apple Cinnamon Raisin Bar. For me the normal size bars were a little too filling for me pre-workout so I love that I am seeing more of these minis. Found on the shelves of Target or Amazon duh!
