20 MUST TRY PRODUCTS FROM NATURAL PRODUCTS EXPO WEST 2018

1. MIYOKO'S VEGAN SPREADS

From their vegan cheese wheels, to their vegan butters and cream cheeses, this brand does not disappoint. In my opinion it is a little pricier than other vegan brands BUT it really is totally worth the splurge. The Roadhouse Cheese Spreads were featured at the expo and I cannot wait for them to hit the shelves. Find their products at Whole Foods, Gelson's, Bristol Farms, and Milk And Eggs.

2. BIG TREE COCO AMINOS

When it comes to healthier alternatives to sauces and dips I am all about it. So it should come as no surprise when I sampled this soy sauce alternative I became obsessed. These Coco Aminos go great in stir-fry, on veggies, meat, rice, and salads. I especially loved the Tangy BBQ flavor. Find at Whole Foods, Costco, Sprouts, and Amazon.

3. DAVE'S KILLER BREAD BLUEBERRY BAGELS

Dave's Killer Bread Boomin' Berry Bagels

Out of all the breads on the market Dave's Killer Bread is one of the better tasting brands by far. Recently, they came out with a Cinnamon Raisin Bagel AND a Raisin' The Roof loaf of bread which are so so delicious. THEN it gets better. At the Expo they debuted their Boomin' Berry Blueberry Bagel soon to hit the shelves. These yummy products can be found at Whole Foods, Ralphs, Amazon, Target, Sprouts, and Costco.

4. DAIYA NEW VEGAN PRODUCTS

When I saw the Daiya stand at the Expo I literally started running for it! I was so excited to see what new products Daiya had to offer. And I was beyond impressed. They sampled a Meatless Meat Lover's Frozen Pizza which I don't even understand how it tasted as good as it did. Up next was their soon to be released line of ice cream bars which I was blown away by. Think healthier version of a Dairy Queen Dilly Bar and the portion is the perfect size. Be on the look out for their new line of frozen burritos. AND what excited me most was their mini cheddar cheese stick! I have been looking everywhere for a vegan cheese that has snack size products! Daiya you get an A+ for what you brought to the table! Find their products at Whole Foods, Ralphs, Sprouts, and Milk and Eggs.

5. TOFURKY MEATLESS BURGER MEAT

I currently purchase the Tofurky Deli Turkey Slices as well as their Italian Sausage and I find it to be one of the best meat alternatives out there. At the Expo they were sampling their new DIY burgers and veggie burgers which come in Spicy Black Bean, White Quinoa, Hearty Hemp, and Mighty Mushroom flavors. You better believe I will be purchasing once I finally see these new burgers at the store. Tofurky can be found at Whole Foods, Target, Ralphs, some Trader Joes.

6. JUSTIN'S PEANUT BUTTER NEW PRODUCTS

With over a dozen new products featured at the Expo it was extremely difficult to pick out my favorites but here goes nothing! The Cinnamon Almond Butter takes 1st place easily! It was like an explosion of goodness in my mouth! No joke! I am looking forward to seeing the mini white chocolate peanut butter cups come to stores as well. 7. SPINDRIFT SPARKLING WATER

I didn't think I could find a sparkling water that I like better than La Criox but introduce their new competition... Spindrift. These sparkling waters have no added sugars or artificial ingredients, only sparkling water and real, squeezed fruit which explains any grams of sugar you do see on the can. Not going to lie these seemed like the perfect mixer for that occasional cocktail. Just being honest! Find these at Target, Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Vons, Pavilions, and Amazon.

8. WAY BETTER NEW FLAVORS

Way Better Snacks have been my go-to sprouted chip for a few years now. My favorites have been the Black Bean Tortilla Chip as well as the Sweet Potato Chip. I sampled these two new flavors, Avocado Ranch and Nacho Cheese and Avocado Ranch takes the WIN! Haven't seen this flavor on shelves yet but will be keeping an eye out. Buy these healthy chip alternatives at Target, Whole Foods, Amazon, Ralphs, Bristol Farms, and Whole Foods. I occasionally see the big bag at a great price in Marshalls and TJ Maxx.

9. ANGELIC BAKEHOUSE PRODUCTS

As many of you may already know after discovering this brand a few months ago it has become my all time favorite bread brand. The sweet potato wraps are delicious along with their new sprouted bread chips perfect for dipping in hummus and serving alongside some vegan cheese and wine. I can't wait to get my hands on the Flatzza to whip up a yummy healthy pizza. Found at Sprouts, select Whole Foods, and Amazon!

10. NOW FOODS NATURAL PRODUCTS

I attended an exclusive event with holistic author & nutritionist Kelly Leveque and was introduced to the brand NOW FOODS. I fell in love with all the natural products they had to offer. From coconut oil toothpaste to their fabulous, trendy, diffusers that I now use everyday to their avocado oils and so much more! Kelly Leveque lives and swears by their products which is very reassuring! These products can be found at Sprouts, select Whole Foods, and online here. 11. COUNTRY ARCHER TURKEY BAR

Country Archer is one of my favorite jerky brands. The turkey jerky now comes in a bar and I really love the herb citrus flavor. Another favorite of mine is the Rosemary Turkey Stick. These are perfect for a quick protein fix on the go! Find them at Starbucks, Target, Amazon, and Sprouts.

12. BARNEY'S POWDERED ALMOND BUTTER

If you haven't tried Barney Butter you are MISSING OUT! Of all the almond butters to exist the Smooth Barney Almond Butter is my all-time favorite with the Honey + Flax flavor coming in second. When I found out that on May 1st an unsweetened powdered almond butter is being released I was stoked! I can't wait to have that almond butter flavor and 6g of protein added to my smoothies in powdered form. Barney's can be found at Whole Foods, Sprouts, Bristol Farms, Amazon, and select Targets.

13. KODIAK CAKES CHOCOLATE FUDGE BROWNIE IN A CUP

Minute Muffins, Flapjack & Waffle Mixes, and oatmeals are just a few of Kodiak Cakes' Products. At the expo they were sampling their new chocolate fudge brownie in a cup and let's just say it did not disappoint. This family business is hard not to fall in love with! These yummy treats can be found at Target, Walmart, Whole Foods, Ralphs, and on Amazon.

14. RX NUT BUTTERS

The o so popular RX BAR has some new and exciting news. NUT BUTTERS! Not going to lie after trying this new Vanilla Almond Butter I was pretty impressed. I have a feeling these are going to be extremely popular once they hit the stores! RX also has some new flavors that will soon hit the market. I typically am not a fan of their "berry" flavors rather I tend to enjoy the "savory, sweet" flavors more BUT I must say the new Peanut Butter & Berries flavor is so so good with just enough berry flavor. Excited to finally see something new from RX! Be on the look out for these exciting new products at Target, Ralphs, Whole Foods, Vitamin Shoppe, and Amazon.

15. FREE 2B VEGAN SUN CUP MINIS

Free2b dark chocolate cups have been my go-to sneak in movie snack for quite some time now. At the expo they debuted their new sun cup minis! I am super excited about this BUT there is no way a bag of these babies will last more than one night! The dark chocolate cups are my favorite and are filled with creamy sunflower seed butter. 16. CAULI-FLOUR BY CAULIPOWER

Just when I thought it couldn't get any better with Caulipower's frozen pizzas the expo served up a cake made from Cauli-flour, the latest flour replacement. WOW! If you like to bake and cook this product is a MUST BUY. Did I mention vegan and non-GMO? I mean let's be real we can replace anything with cauliflower these days! 17. WILDFRIENDS NUT BUTTER + OATS

I really enjoy all the fun peanut butter and almond butter flavors Wildfriends comes up with so it should come as no surprise that I was a big fan of their latest concoction... Nut Butter + Oats in a cup. These are the perfect idea for a filling, satisfying, breakfast on the go. Grab these goods at Target, Kroger, Ralphs, Bristol Farms, and Sprouts.

18. SIR KENSINGTON'S SAUCES

If you frequent my blog and Instagram you know I am queen of dips, especially RANCH! I have been an avid user of Sir Kensington's Special Sauce (think healthy version of McDonald's Big Mac Sauce) so when I saw they were at the expo I thought immediately to take my friend to this booth and to my surprise Sir Kensington was debuting 3 different flavored ranches! Classic, Buffalo, AND Pizza flavored ranch. Just in time to compliment my cauliflower pizza! Keep your eyes peeled for these new ranch flavors at Whole Foods and Sprouts. In the meantime get your hands on that special sauce! You will thank me later!

19. BANZA PASTA

Does anyone really eat regular pasta anymore? What is the point when there are so many great tasting alternatives like the ever so popular Banza made from chickpeas. I can't wait to try their Mac & Cheese Variety Case. The Mac and White Cheddar is calling my name! Pick this goodness up at Target, Ralphs, Whole Foods, Amazon, Sprouts, and finally COSTCO!

20. TOM'S OF MAINE NATURAL PRODUCTS

Having switched to natural toothpaste and deodorant two years ago I couldn't help but make a pit stop at Tom's of Maine stand! I have yet to try their deodorant but did find out they have the regular tube as well as a gel type roll on. I will definitely keep you posted on the deodorant but I must say I do love the toothpaste and have been buying it for years! Purchase at Whole Foods, Amazon, and Ralphs.
