I graduated college 5 years ago and was more than ready to lose the 25+ pounds I had gained living the college lifestyle. I had started to try and find ways to get motivated and I found myself utilizing Instagram in more ways than one. I came across the Instagram Account @Blogilates ran by Cassey Ho, a Social Media Influencer, Fitness Enthusiast, and YouTube Personality. She is also the creator of @popflex_active. Along with this incredible line of activewear Cassey started designing and creating Fit Planners, planners geared towards all things life, work, food, and fitness related.
